Team Members

  • CEO/Partner

    As founder of Trabon, Tim has more than 45 years of strategic planning, leadership and business development experience in printing and digital asset management. He’s worked alongside high-profile restaurant brands to develop industry-leading technology and processes that save time, create efficiencies and maximize profits for his clients. Tim is also an avid adventurer and explorer whose travels have included expeditions in the Amazon with Jacques Cousteau and most recently to Italy to trace his Sicilian roots. He has been married to his wife Patti for over 30 years and they have three sons.

  • President

    For more than 20 years, Mike has worked with the marketing services group to ensure clients’ brand consistency across multiple locations and users through integrated, centralized data management portals. Mike’s team management ensures streamlined processes for organizing, creating, proofing, printing and distributing multiple versions of marketing deliverables. In his spare time, Mike enjoys tennis, golf and yard work, including creating patterns on his lawn of things like American flags.

  • Chief Financial Officer

    As CFO at Trabon, Shawn plays an integral role in business strategy and new process development to improve operational efficiencies. Shawn works closely with the restaurant services group to build and motivate cross-functional teams that drive results for Trabon’s clients. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for more than 30 years and keeps busy with their four sons and bass fishing.

  • Chief Business Development Officer

    Brand strategy, marketing leadership and culinary innovation come naturally to Nancy, who has spent more than 25 years in the restaurant industry as a marketing executive leading numerous comprehensive strategic campaigns. Her industry experience enables Nancy to identify with and evaluate the needs of a restaurant brand so Trabon can best position clients for opportunities to drive traffic and sales growth. In addition to her restaurant industry expertise, Nancy has a passion for radio and served as a DJ and news director for her college radio station.

  • Chief Information Officer

    Dave has worn a lot of IT hats in his nearly 15 years at Trabon and has been at the forefront of innovative software implementation. He currently heads up the strategic technology group, which delivers IT consulting and software development services from visioning and design through implementation and hosting. His expertise includes IT strategy, managed services, custom applications, Web portals, mobile apps and enterprise software integration. When not immersed in the digital world, Dave is an avid traveler in the physical world. He’s a million-mile flyer and has been to every state but Vermont and Alaska and has visited 20 of the 58 U.S. national parks.

  • Vice President of Client Services

    Bill’s vast knowledge in the printing and marketing industries has enabled him to build a strong and experienced team that is responsible for all client communications, strategy and collaboration. Trabon's reputation for quality creative services, print production and technology innovation is entirely upheld by Bill’s team commitment to total customer satisfaction, from new products and process/workflow improvement to project trafficking, pricing and growth opportunities. A recent transplant from the beaches of Southern California, Bill enjoys playing golf, over-the-line, horseshoes, boating and biking.

  • Sr. Business Strategy & Development Director

    Christy helps drive profitable sales growth and brand health by guiding Trabon’s short- and long-term business strategies. In nearly 15 years with the company, Christy has held leadership roles with both the client services team and marketing services group and has a deep understanding of customers and the marketplace. She also serves as Trabon’s resident expert on FDA menu labeling to help guide restaurant industry clients to seamlessly respond to changing regulations. Christy is also a trained vocalist and enjoys writing songs with her husband.

  • Sr. Director of Client Applications

    Carmen leads Trabon’s customer applications team, working closely with client services to ensure Trabon’s menu content management software meets client needs with respect to database creation, campaign management and content distribution. Carmen harnesses her 15+ years’ experience at Trabon to apply organization and strategic thinking to data management for websites, electronic menus, mobile apps and more. Outside of work, she’s an avid mountain biker and promotes the sport to women across Kansas City.

  • New Product Development

    Tony is a newer addition to the company, but he’s been a part of it for his whole life. The youngest son of Tim Trabon, Tony works with the product development team to manage and coordinate technology products, and evaluates and resolves product design optimization and improvements. He brings strong development, design and leadership experience to the team, having most recently served as president of a medical website development and design company. The Kansas City native spent years as a St. Louis resident, but says he came home for the BBQ. 

  • Plant Manager

    A 40-plus year veteran of the graphic communication industry, George has spent nearly 30 years at Trabon, where he now oversees the entire production facility. As vice president and plant manager, he ensures the efficient operation of the company’s production lines, the best deployment of team members, the safety and well-being of everyone at Trabon and the delivery of products and services that exceed client expectations. He and his wife of 29 years have four children, and among his many interests that range from working out to theater, he enjoys watching the Kansas City Royals as they continue to make the city proud.

  • Vice President of Operations

    Mark has held many titles during his 27 years at Trabon. As vice president of operations, he manages campaigns through the plant in order to ensure on-time and on-budget production for clients. He is also responsible for monitoring and managing operating costs, estimating and quoting printing projects and handling large account management. A father of three – all born during his tenure at Trabon – he enjoys traveling with his wife, Susan, and follows the Royals, Chiefs and KU basketball.
